Bayscape

The Bayscape project is another step in the regeneration of Cardiff’s International Sports Village. The previous Cambrian marina site has been transformed and now provides 115 high-quality apartments with associated commercial, retail and amenity space.

The two residential buildings provide living spaces bathed in natural light with extensive views across the Ely River, Cardiff Bay and the city skyline.

Ground-level resident parking is located behind the waterfront commercial and retail units and capped by an extensive podium deck, providing amenity and recreational space for the residents. The commercial and retail space can be accessed on foot via the river walkway which forms part of the famous Welsh Coastal Path.
