We are excited to share the significant progress made on the 165-apartment BTR scheme at Weldale Street in Reading, commissioned by our client, Crossmark.
In November 2024, we successfully held the topping-out ceremony for the 10-storey building. Then in January, the client team completed a detailed benchmarking and approval process for the quality assessments of the first apartment, marking a crucial milestone in the project timeline.
